DoMA, designed by What Now Atlanta Preferred Partner Vickers Design Group, announced in January that it would open in May, but never did. The reason for the delay was not disclosed.

“Guests are invited to immerse themselves in this goal-driven concept that showcases art in all its forms and challenges them to leave their perceptions at the door,” the statement said. “Going beyond what’s in the bottle, the 15,000 square foot space is a modern art gallery whose walls feature local artists and installations, many of which are used for art. from the DoMA bottle. “

Centralized by a bar, the “master mixologists” of the Modern Art Distillery will create signature cocktails using any of the house-created spirits, often pulling garnishes from the living wall garden adjacent to the living room. There is also a 2,800 square foot private event space.

DoMA will distill and serve Atlanta vodka, peach flavored vodka made from peaches grown in Georgia, Bourbon whiskey, corn whiskey, rye whiskey, new gin and a digestivo.

“I am an instigator. I live to inspire those around me ”, Seth watson, said the founder of DoMA. “I want to facilitate creativity in any way I can. I love being a dreamer, but what I love the most is allowing dreamers to make their ideas come true.

DoMA will be offering tour and tasting reservations every day from noon to 3 p.m. for $ 15 per guest. “The interactive step-by-step process of the distillation process is a fascinating activity for friends, family and colleagues,” the statement said. For larger groups, guests can enjoy the 735 square foot Kandinsky Tasting Room, the 861 square foot Watson Gallery or the 2,800 square foot Rothko Room.
